Hi everyone,

I am the Donna who originally posted this question and I just wanted to say
that both I and my cousin with the problem are sure that it is sun exposure
we react to, not sunscreen like the other Donna. Wearing sunscreen usually
prevents the reaction. Also, neither of us are redheads and have never
sunburned easily. This is definitely a hives type of reaction, and can
develop after as little as 10-15 minutes of exposure to strong sun. Also,
like my autoimmune thyroid symptoms, and my sensitivity to poison ivy, it
went away during my pregnancy.
