Dear Listmembers:
I received one replyto my inquiry about visiting Cuba, as follows:
eating in cuba is no problem at all. Most of the cusine is wheat-free. They have to import their wheat and thus use very little-except in bread. It is celiac haven-but of course ask everywhere. I even went to a chinese restaurant in China-town where the soy sause was wheat-free and about as good as any chinese food I have ever had! I was estatic about that. I will try to find the card and send it to you
Thanks for your help.
