I was diagnosed with CD in early October and immediately went to a Gluten Free diet. My wife who is not a celiac eats many of the sames GF things as I do. We have both noticed a consideraboe change recently in othe composition of our fingernails. Thinner, more brittle, and somewhat striated. Does this seem consisent with adopting a GF diet???
