North Texas Gluten Intolerance Group and Gluten Intolerance Group of
N.A. are proud to announce that the 2008 GIG National Education
Conference will be held in the Fort Worth/Dallas, Texas area on June
6-7, 2008.  Attached is the registration brochure highlighting the
programs and speakers.  If you have trouble accessing the attachment,

registration from the GIG website is being built today.  Also, the
brochure will show up in many of your mailboxes at home.

 

We hope that you will make plans to attend next year's conference.  We
have a great line-up of speakers, over 40 outstanding GF food vendors
will be ready to show off their gluten free products, plus you'll have a
chance to meet other gluten intolerance folks from every part of the
country.

 

North Texas GIG is excited to host next year's GIG conference.  We're
anxious to show you a good time, good food and excellent education with
a host of top notch speakers and a wide variety of gluten free food
