Like many of us, I was excited about the prospect of Betty Crocker GF mixes becoming available... until I thought about actually buying them and it dawned on me that I don't eat that stuff anymore! Since going GF 8 years ago, I've become used to better nutrition, dabbling in organic foods, buying local produce, using whole grains such as teff, quinoa and amaranth. What a joy to realize that I no longer crave cakes, cookies and brownies! I certainly am not against these new convenience foods, but am just sharing my joy at realizing they are now successfully in my past.
