georgia and alabama and georgia and florida have water
disputes too. it has been in the georgia legislature
that georgia should build some state reservours to
suplement the ones the feds have built. and for years
they have not passed, now the southeast is in a major
drought. now they do not want the feds to release
water by the guiedlines.
