Ham-M used to make a Ham-m SP rotor with a braille display.  It modified the
brake mechanism to be on a timer which automatically engaged it after 7
seconds.  There is an annoying piezzo tone which activates as the motor is
running.

I don't think ProSearch is making the talking rotor any longer.  However,
Mosley and Prosearch are one in the same company.  Mosley used to have an
800 numbretr, so you might try that.
