Terri,

I thought about downloading it, but decided not to because I thought I'd 
find the same thing you did.  I usually just go to their Web site and search 
for the product I want by category.  Sometimes that works, and sometimes it 
doesn't.  When it doesn't, I just call the store in New Hampshire (the 
closest one to where I live) and ask questions.  A possible solution for the 
out-of-order rendering of the .PDF file is to send it to the virtual printer 
in your favorite scanning software.  You'll probably get a few more errors, 
but everything will be in the right order because it's being sent to a 
"printer."
