so is the "roar" a hum, a hiss, a rapid clicking like a relay?
i'm not sure, but if the astron rm35a doesn't have a fan, there should be
little to no noise even at a 35 amp draw....the transformer will hum a
little, but no more then a little.  Are there relays in the astron supplies?
