I think I paid like $140 or 150 from HRO. I have been using the tuner in the
radio lately so it's not going to give me an accurate reading on the SWR
that way, but I know what the SWR is, so I can tell if something changes and
goes wrong. For example, I noticed tonight my 10 meter vertical is way off
tonight, probably full of water, it's getting old. Power's accurate too.
When I get an amp in line again I'll run an external tuner but right now,
I'm letting my low power one go so I have money for the repeater projects
and stuff since I plan to get another HF amp with in the next year or so and
I'll get a high powered tuner with that and then the meter will be good for
SWR.
