Hi;
My apologies for starting the great qst debate.  I do wonder though if at 
some point qst as well as most other magazines are on someone's computer? 
If so there should be a chance that it could be made available for download. 
The pictures and graphics that our sighted friends love could be a problem 
though.  Nothing fun is free just look at the prices on audible.  On the 
other hand I would be willing to pay the full arrl membership if the full 
qst were available.  Free may sometimes mean second best.
