Howard,

The keying interface Scott offers is one of a multitude that can be had on 
the net.   I think most modern logging software, especially contest loggers, 
allow sending  pre programmed strings and also keyboard to cw  operation. 
The one I have, I picked up about 7 years ago and use it all the time   With 
Writelog.  Will also work with  cwtype, xmlog, N1MM and  probably  any other 
software that supports this feature.
