Hi List,

Yesterday, I sent a request to [log in to unmask] and got no response.
Today, I went to the website and found the following information under the
contact link.

EMAIL is always the best way to contact QRZ. Our general email inbox is
located at
[log in to unmask]
. Please note that we have aggressive anti-SPAM filters installed and there
is a chance that your message to us could be mistakenly rejected. To
prevent such email rejection, make sure that every message you send to us
contains the magic word: callsign . When our filters see this word, they
treat the message as legitimate. The callsign keyword may appear anywhere in
the message or on the subject line.
A typical email to QRZ should look like this:
To:
[log in to unmask]
Subject: callsign xx1xxx (lt- your callsign here)

Please be as descriptive as possible when telling us about your problem.
Always mention your callsign in the in the message, especially if you're
having a problem.

AOL Users:

AOL occasionally classifies mail from QRZ as spam. Be sure and check
your AOL SPAM folder if you are expecting but haven't seen a message from
us.

Basically, this means that if you place the word callsign in the subject (or
in the e-mail body) the SPAM filter will pass the message. I tried this
twice and it worked both times. This appears to be a new feature and it
would therefore be advisable to place the word callsign in the subject to
avoid the bounce.
If you do this, you can still use the [log in to unmask] address to send for
auto response. I did this and it works just fine.
