Congrat's Jennifer, nice going. Concerning your echo-link questions, you 
might give some thought to posting them on eham or qth.com. Also you might 
consider going to some other echo-link nodes and ask the control op's what 
they had to do or are doing with regard to the same things you are wanting 
to do. If you're on 40 meters would like to maybe meet you on midcars 7.258 
some morning.
