Hi Danny,

The link does work.  It is wrapped around 2 lines.  It was so long that here 
is what I had to do.

1.  selected it portion by portion and pasted it into a text editor (notepad 
by default.)
2.  There was an equal sign (=) at the end of the first wrap line that was a 
result of the original message being sent in HTML to an old fashion UNIX 
server that only displays in text; so that equals sign had to be removed.
3.  copy the remaining text out of the text editor and paste it into the 
open location dialogue of your browser (control + O for Internet Explorer, 
control + L in Firefox.)
4.  press enter and you are there.

At last report, (yesterday at approximately 5:00 PM ET)  the Yes vote was 
76% and the no vote was 24%.
