For those of you attending the upcoming ACB national convention, here is my
original email to the Amateur Radio Transmitter Society, an amateur radio
club in Louisville concerning repeaters near the Galthouse and
their response.

Dear sir:

I am a member of the American Council of the Blind, (ACB) and will be
visiting Louisville from July 4 through July 13 for our annual national
convention. I understand that your repeater provides excellent coverage for
the area we will be staying in. There are quite a few hams in our
organization, and I would like to know if the club would allow us to use
your repeater while we are in Louisville, as well as the necessary
information for us to use it. 73.
