Thanks, Tom.  I am pretty happy with Verizon.  They do seem to stand behind 
their products.  I may take this battery back if I can't improve its battery 
life.  I believe Verizon wireless's website is:

I believe the providers for the Oasis are T-Mobile and ATT formerly 
Cingular, but if you go with T-Mobile you get the subsidized price.
