Now that you mention it, I use to sell a thing called a "buddy hook", 
not sure why I didn't think of it before now.  I don't know if I still 
have any of that stuff in boxes or not, but I'll look.  Use to sell them 
to truckers.  They were a plastic thing that fit the mike like you have 
and had a hook on it.  If I find something, I'll let you know.
