Hi;
I guess I'm very out of the loop but I wonder if anyone has been working 
with oscar or anything similar?  How much of an antenna does one need and 
what frequency bands are currently being used?  At one point you basically 
needed two rotators one to adjust the horizontal and one for the vertical 
elevation of the beam.  I have the feeling that lots has changed that I 
simply never kept up with.
