Oh absolutely, I've seen that quite a few times including a couple weeks 
ago. I was talking to the locals on 10 meters, band was dead I scanned, all 
of a sudden out of nowhere we had 3 or 4 stations joining us from all over 
the place. It was wild. I've seen that happen many times over the years.
