Linda, Thanks for the update!  Glad Case is doing pretty well after the
surgery.  Have several friends who have lived in South and Central America,
who loved the countries and especially the people.  How's Case doing with
the Botox.  There is some controversy on another CP list/Google group about
its use with kids.
