Hey

If anyone is in the Seattle area, I was really impressed last week when I
went by Café Fiore. Not only did they carry Gluten free goodies from The
Flying Apron when I asked the barista to make certain not to use the same
tongs to pick up my ginger cookie as she had for the other pastries she said
they had been trained not to. So not only do they have GF goodness, they've
been told (at least for now) how cross-contamination works.

Plus they have good coffee.

I have no connect with Café Fiore, just hoping to pass on good info.

Peace,
cris
