Hello all,

I have had celiac disease, diagnosed since 2002,?undiagnosed for probably 20+ years. I'm a registered dietitian and will be speaking to a group of registered dietitians next week about the challenges of living with CD, as well as the emotional aspects.

I am challenging them to take on the task of educating themselves to be an assest to the celiac community, in terms of timely and accurate education and support.

My very important questions for all of you is:

If you were in the room with me next week, what comments or questions or challenges would you offer them??
This is your chance. I will promise to pass?on your comments to this group of women and men. Sadly, as we all know, health professional have much to learn and this has been realised and my talk is a call to action.

So, what say you??

Thanks so much for your input,

Carol in Ohio?
