i upgraded my system from windowsME to windowsXP home edition.when i tried to format my local c:drive from fat32,to (ntfs file system) using the quick format option, iget a warning:(formatting will erase all data on this disk).does this mean that i would also lose my OS along with the setting, config,and driver? is their any work around i can take,so i would not have to reinstall windows xp?
