Hi Kathy,
That is great news.
The surgery is fairly simple. they put a very thin tube, ( think angel hair pasta)
in your spine, so that baclofen can drip into your spinal fluid, --
the container goes into a pocket of your skin usually in the region of your belly.
It does not go into the stomach itself. This way they can refill it by inserting a needle through the skin into the container. You will feel a slight prick, but it the sting goes away quickly.

If anyone has had Bacofen Surgery , would you please tell me about it?
I have had the trial and it was fabulous! I can, now, open my left hand (which I couldn't do before).
