Sorry. I run 5 kilometers Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, always allowing
at least 48 hours between runs at fairly high levels of intensity. I
also do oh eight or nine underhand pullups. My running goal is a 5K at
a 7 minutes per mile pace (21:42). I am at about 7:35 right now.
