Does anybody know that as "celiacs" if we are protected by The American
with Disabilities Act? If so how far does that protection go? Reason I
am asking is my employer is making me attend a 3 day meeting out of town
where on two days they will bring in "sandwiches" for lunch to the
meeting, and one night it is mandatory to attend a "cocktail hour" where
we will be fed "bar appetizers" for dinner. Starting to shape up like a
3 day fast for me. I would like to hear some thoughts on what my
potential options are here.
