I found it helpfull to remember to eat only those things that have not been 
processed other than by killing and butchering in regard to meat. Gathering 
in regards to eggs. Picking or pressing with regard to things that grow on 
trees, bushes and plants. Also only those foods that could be eaten raw and 
organic as far as possible.
