Hi William,
Are you saying to live on pemmican only? What were your problems with beef?
I am not on a low fat diet. I eat moderate amounts of protein (about 75 to
115 grams a day), roughly 30 to 50 grams of carbs if any, and the rest is
fat. I eat various animal fats (although I react to even pork fat now) as
well as coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, and ghee.
I wasn't aware that Dr. Bernarr is doing consultations. I will look at his
site.
Thanks,
Kristina

Hi Kristina;
I lost all faith in modern medicine a long time ago, and the only doctor
I respect is Dr. Bernarr <http://healself.org/>. I called him and he helped.
My guess is that you are doing a low fat diet. Hormones that your body
should be making in balance are made of animal fat etc.
I've had problems with beef (eaten raw), so I dry it and make pemmican.
This (raw zero carb) works for me, and has cured otherwise incurable
diseases for others.
AFAIK no pemmican eater has PMS, even if they are female.

Hope this helps,
