Yeah, that is a surprise, given that Cordain promoted omega-3 eggs (in which
the omega-3 fats are in the yolk) in his first book. Also, if it's good for
your dog, why isn't it good for you? Plus, egg whites deplete biotin,
whereas yolks provide it.
