Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has any information about this food product?  It's
probably the most un-paleo like substance I get in my diet occasionally.
I've googled the topic and gotten some information to the extent that
fractionated palm kernel oil doesn't seem like a very healthy item to
consume.
