I am experiencing major heartburn today from coconut oil (i cooked my salmon in it).

Someone indicated this might be related to a gallbladder issue. Is it possible that the fats in the paleo diet might cause a weak gallbladder to act up?

Any solutions to this?

Don't forget to get adequate Vit E for the re-uptake of the C. C also uptakes the breakdown of the amino acid cysteine into cystine (back to cysteine) with the aid of E. That's why our grandmothers pushed the oranges/orange juice when we ate eggs., Oliva
