Does anyone have any
suggestions or experiences to share about adding a little salt to the diet?

Adding 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic Seasalt to either water or a packet of
Emergen-C Lite prior to heavy sweating/exercise has made a huge difference in my
energy levels. I had also experienced some troubling dizziness and lower than
normal blood pressure (my pressure is normal usually) -- all of this cleared up
with the salt. On really hot/heavy sweating days -- I will take 1/4 teaspoon in
the AM and then another late afternoon. I am very petite -- a big man might
need more.
