rachel, if the pump and other things have not helped, i do recomend you try seeing a feldenkrais teacher. it has done some good things for me. and it's non-invasive. it's not instant, but after 4 lessons you will know whether it can help you.

Hi, My name is Rachel. I am 29 years old. For the last 5 years, I have been
dealing with back pain and abdominal pain. They have put me on baclofen and
tried new leg braces. This has helped some but the pain is effecting my day
to day routine. I am a special education teacher and sometimes it hurts to
stand. Has any had pain in their abdomen? I know it is not gas, it feels
like a spasm
