I am looking for information or someone who has had experience with
volunteering abroad through one of the mainstream companies. Specifically
the organizations that place you with an host family in places like Africa,
India, Costa Rica, Australia. This experience would be for several months and
since it will be serving areas that need assistance, the chioces will be non
existant and so is the idea of bringing/purchaseing special food. If anyone has
had experience with this kind of travel/volunteer work would you kindly share
your experience and insight or ideas of how to make this trip a reality for my
daughter.

Thank you very much.
