Hello,
I was wondering if anybody has found a 100% buckwheat noodle. I recently purchased Eden brand buckwheat noodles & they say they are made on shared equipment w/ wheat, even though they say on the website (www.edenfoods.com) that they are gluten free. I'm wondering how big a risk this is. I called the company & they cannot say for sure what the risk is. I did an online search and could not find any other buckwheat noodle. I called Tinkayada & rec. they make one.
Thanks for your help,
Jeannie
