Next time try pineapple, particularly nibble the core. Pineapple has a
natural anti-inflammatory, and although it is in the entire pineapple, it is
stronger in the core. I'm not big on the powdered supplement that is made of
pineapple core because I'm not big on natural supplements
It helps me too, as do apples. Sometimes I mix my apple juice with seltzer
water, totally chills out my stomach :)
