The Bakery is located in Weston Florida which is located just west of Fort Lauderdale.  The contact number for you to call and speak directly with the "baker" is 954-309-8684.
 
Typically when we "locals" say South Florida it refers to Miami-Dade, Fort Lauderdale and The Palm Beaches, I apologize to those that were not aware of the South Florida lingo!    I am somewhat amazed at the rudeness of some of the emails I have received.  I am not sure why you would send a rude email. Etiquette should not end with emails.  Thank you to those who sent polite emails, I was only trying to be helpful to the Celiac Community.   
I also have no idea why one responder had -=AO's and other symbols in her email, as I did not send the text that way.
