Regarding the reference to the NEJM article that indicates that oats are safe
for celiacs:
 
        a> is quantity a factor, as another person on the listserv referred to
"small amounts" being O.K.?
 
        b> as apparently the principal researcher, Dr. Kasarda, has previously
posted on this matter, would the listserv managers be kind enough to repost
her reports to save searching the archives?
 
        c> does this mean that oats do not contain gluten, or is there some
other explanation for acceptability?
