I've noticed Wal-mart has begun labeling products as gluten-free. I was
wondering if anyone has contacted them about the cross-contamination and
shared equipment issue? And does Target have a listing of GF products of
their Archer Farms brand? I figured it would be easier to ask here than
try to get someone who knows what they're talking about on the phone at such
large companies. I've noticed that Trader Joe's includes items that have
CC/shared equipment on their GF listing, so I'm leery.

Thanks for any help.
