Hello All:

I was talking to someone who has a problem where when he goes into the
start menu, then to turn off computer and selects restart, the computer
turns off and doesn't restart.  He has to turn the computer back on to
bring it back up.  We went into the control panel, then down to power
options and unchecked the hybernate check box, and it still exhibits the
same behavior.  Any thoughts as to what might be going on?
