Dell usually charges an arm and a leg for parts, if you need one theres always www.newegg.com

As common as a PSU burning up can be i've replaced quite a few for people for around 20$ buying them from that site.

Not a good sign. The PSU fan needs to work, otherwise it will burn up
quickly.

A few searches turned up a Dell part No. of PS-5251-2DS. I am posting a few
links to point you to sites that offer replacements.
Note: although on some of the sites the models they list do not mention the
b110, the part number matches.
