No, Colin, actually Outlook Express does *not* come with a Spellchecker.
If you also have MsWord, it will seamlessly integrate itself with Word's
spellchecker. If you don't have MsWord, or you've upgraded to Office 2007,
then that integration no longer works.
You can download a free spellchecker from the internet to use with Outlook
Express. At
http://www.jaws-lite.com
under the programs link, you'll find one.

no, outlook express comes with it's own spell checker...which is probably
the same one used by MS word and office.
