It does not speak power, however, when you rotate the multi-channel knob and
get to max power, which is about 110 watts on my unit, it will beep. It also
beeps when you get to the min power level. You can extrapolate from there.
It does speak S meter readings if you set menu 51 PF key to 64.

When you check the power it does not speak it goes by 5 k c's. And as far
as I know it does not speak witht the sp meter either.
