There are two or 3 as I recall, I only used two.  One, the thin one goes 
between the two boards to act as an insulator and cushion.  The thicker 
of these goes on top of the synthesizer and is squished in place when 
you put the top back on the radio.  The synthesizer lays flat.  Hope
