Hi Shaun,
Hmmm, I use 468 divided by F to give me the antenna in feet.  I think the 
rough length of the antenna in meters is about 35, 19.7 and 10.  I used 
small PVC pipe for separators.  I think the antennas were about four inches 
apart.  I will let you figure what that is in centimeters.
