Hi Everyone;


Unfortunately, as the subject line states, we lost an icon in our Amateur community.

William E. Rhoads (Dusty) ND3Q past away within the past few days.

He administered my first exam to me at the institute.

He also ran the test sessions at the institute under the banner of the Phil-Mont Mobile Radio Club.

I am certain he is in heaven.

I'll write more when I can bring myself to do so.

Let's keep Marie and Dusty's family in our thoughts and in our prayers.
