John, I would agree with you if we all had the same background knowledge, 
other hams with whom to talk etc Frankly, I can't believe it myself.  I just 
hate menus and anything with more than five knobs that don't talk requiring 
me to remember more than my name.  cramming the material to pass the exams 
was a snap and then I seemed to run into a brick wall.  You can't hurt my 
feelings.  I can't believe my ineptness myself.
