Hi Eric;
Their should be a program on Kenwood's web site to program that radio.
It works very well with Jaws.
However, you need the cable to go from the pc to the radio and, if your pc
does not have a 25 pin mail plug, you'll need an adapter to go from a usb
connecter to the serial plug.
