You can program it using software downloaded from Kenwood, but I don't know
how easy the cable is to find.

Subject: Kenwood tmv7a
Hello listers,
I own a Kenwood tmv7a that I haven't used in a few years.
Can this radio be programmed via computer software?
If not is there a more modern and accessible Kenwood I should consider = for
2 meters and 440?
I had a speech board put into that rig but none the less I never found = it
user friendly.
As I recall I had to get sighted help to set pl tones.
Thanks for any help.

Eric
